Online Dispute Resolution / ODR Platform
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides an interactive website accessible electronically in all official languages of the institutions of the European Union: a European platform for the resolution of disputes between consumers residing in the European Union and businesses established in the European Union arising from the online sale of goods or the online provision of services (the so-called ODR platform / URL: http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
To submit a complaint on this ODR platform, consumers must fill out an electronic complaint form. The specific information that must be provided when submitting a complaint is listed in the Annex to Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013.
Consumer dispute resolution
FUXTEC GmbH is generally neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
